long resident of Bucks County. She resides in Upper Makefield with her husband Mark and son Ethan.

Meet Carol:
Carol joined Prudential at the beginning of 2000 and earned her first sales award in 2001. She is very personable, detail oriented and knowledgeable about real estate. She trains new employees for the company and is often asked to train other office agents on technology and marketing programs.
Before joining Prudential, Carol was employed by
Career Consultants for five years. She recruited sales
and marketing professionals for major corporations in the Philadelphia area including Smith Kline Beecham, Johnson & Johnson, US Healthcare, and Air Products. While there, she also won awards for her production.
Carol resides in Yardley with her three children.

Meet Pat:
Pat joined The Prudential Real Estate Family in 1995. Pat is a very conscientious, responsible, highly positive attitude with people oriented skills and a strong attention to detail, as well as an outstanding working knowledge of all levels of technology required for today’s Real Estate market.
Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Real Estate arena with particular emphasis on first time and relocating home buyers. Pat also has a New Jersey Real Estate License, enjoys working in all areas of Bucks County, Parts of Montgomery County, Northeast Philadelphia, in Pennsylvania, Mercer County and Burlington County in New Jersey.
Before joining Prudential, Pat worked 25 years for the IBM Corporation in various capacities from Administrative management to systems support staff and finally Computer sales, achieving awards in System programming and in sales quotas.
Pat has lived in Bucks County specifically the Yardley, Lower Makefield area with Ronnie his wife and three terrific children; Pat and Ronnie also have a terrific son-in-law and
two beautiful granddaughters.
